I'm Justin Richmond, and BMX racing has been my passion and profession for over two decades. From the age of 6, I've been immersed in the world of BMX, consistently ranking in the top 10 nationally throughout my amateur career

In 2012, I proudly claimed the title of World Champion at the BMX World Championship in Birmingham, England, and continued to make my mark, securing the World #7 spot in the 17-24 men category in 2016

Transitioning from amateur to A-Pro and then to Elite Men in 2021, I've honed my skills and knowledge to become a seasoned competitor and coach in the BMX community

Today, as a certified functional strength coach (CFSC) and collegiate strength & conditioning coach at Marian University, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to Aspire Training Systems

Specializing in designing training programs tailored to enhance BMX athletes' speed, power, strength, and on-the-bike skills, I offer individualized training plans aimed at maximizing performance and achieving personal goals

Whether you're an aspiring rider looking to break into the competitive scene or a seasoned pro seeking to elevate your game, I'm dedicated to helping you reach new heights in your BMX journey
