TECHNIQUE REVIEW / FEEDBACK

  • Receive in-depth review on your gates, sprints, and track footage
  • Our team will provide individualized feedback & suggestions to improve your technique - Voice over recording explaining what is needed to be adjusted

SPRINT & TRACK PROGRAM

  • Individualized Sprint & Track Program focusing on weak areas to prepare for race day.
  • In-Depth Weekly program delivered through our coaching application

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

When you work with our team at ASPIRE, you are getting access to a BMX coach with 20+ Years of experience along with a Certified Functional Strength Coach. Your Head Coach, Justin Richmond, is a collegiate strength & conditioning coach based out of Indianapolis. 

  • Individualized Strength Program - designed based upon your goals & objectives you are looking to accomplish 
  • Individualized Conditioning Program - cross-training methods to help condition you for on the bike
  • Be able to track your progress - weekly
